"Support for sustainable decision-making and arrangements that preserve dignity for everyone during and after life" project, we created a catchy slogan and visual identity to convey the project's thoughts and ideas to society.
Project catchphrase
What is a happy way to end your life?
Visual Identity

Project Statement
"What can I do to prepare myself to live my life to the end?"
"When you get older or sick, take care of your feelings.
How can I make decisions with the people around me?
"And what are some ways to ensure that my wishes are respected after I'm gone?"
We would like to think about these questions together with many people.
The catchphrase "What is the best way to end your life?" was created with this idea in mind.
Advances in medical care, an aging population and declining birthrate, changes in family structures, and advances in digitalization.
Our society and values are changing dramatically.
It has become important to think not only about "how to live" but also about "how to end your life."
However, it is also true that many people find thinking about death scary and end up putting it off.
Therefore, we have deliberately avoided the word "death" and instead opted for the expression "a way to end one's life."
It conveys the message of "thinking about how you want to live your life and making choices that are true to yourself until the very end."
There is no right answer to this question. However, because it is not well known yet,
I hope to get as many people interested as possible.
The main goal of this research is to create a space that makes people think, "I want to know more," or "I want to talk to someone about it."
The research itself is interesting, and it gives everyone an opportunity to think independently.
I would like to aim for such a project.
In the next issue, we will share the background to the creation of the catchphrase and the thoughts of the project representative.
